This past month, I was privledged enough to spend a month in CO with people that I grew to love. It’s always hard when I post about people who are dear to my heart, in this case, people who quickly became my family while I was out there. It’s hard to post about people I care about because I can’t ever seem to find the right words- probably why I’m a photographer and not a writer. In similar fashion, I’m going to keep it that way, posting pictures and not words. Just know as you look through these next few ridiculously long blog posts that these faces aren’t just faces… each face has a special place in my heart.

I have pictures, so many pictures to put on here. all kinds of pictures. Until then, please enjoy my grandma. She is beautiful and her face tells such a story. She is the definition of joy.

I’ve already bragged about how much I love this family- so I will spare you this time. But know that they have my heart, especially the precious little kiddos- imagine that!

This family is THE BEST. Thanks for encouraging me, pushing me, loving me, and inviting me into your lives with open arms. Y’all mean the world to me!

Alex and Ashley Hong gave birth to beautiful baby anna on August 18th, 2011 at 7:38 am.  What a tiny sweet perfect baby girl!
